• Family group features and leaderboards
• Achievement badges and challenges
• Push notifications for prayer reminders

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

HalalYouNeed Prayer App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

Free Tier:

Premium Tier:

• Full access to all features
• Family group creation and management

• Priority support

Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Prayer Times Disclaimer

Prayer times are calculated using established Islamic calculation methods and your device's location. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend:

• Verifying times with your local mosque
• Understanding that times may vary based on calculation method
• Ensuring location permissions are enabled for accurate results

HalalYouNeed is not responsible for any missed prayers due to inaccurate calculations or technical issues.

8. Family Features

When using family group features:

• Family creators are responsible for managing their group
• Members must be invited by the family creator
• Prayer data may be shared within the family group
• Users under 13 require parental consent

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalalYouNeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
